Wood tobacco box carved Black Forest/ Black Forest representing a dog’s head, high-collar and bow tie, wearing a Fez and smoking the cigar of late nineteenth century.
Very finely carved, the hinge is in perfect working condition, the clear patina is splendid and bright and the eyes in sulphide gives it an undeniable personality and presence.
A pipe is provided to replace the cigar if you wish.
Typical of the so-called «black forest» productions, this artisanal know-how is actually Swiss and exists since the 18th century.
